Refund and Exchange Policy

At KishoriJu, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window, which means you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact and in original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Products sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@kishoriju.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, as mentioned on the product page.

We request customers to carefully inspect their order upon delivery. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately with clear images so that we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once the returned product is received and approved at our warehouse, the exchanged item will be shipped and is expected to reach you within 5–7 working days. Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Customized products, including those with size alterations, embroidery additions, or color changes, are not eligible for return or refund. Only standard-size, non-customized products qualify under the return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. Please note that refunds may be declined if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, soiled, torn, or incorrect. Bank processing times may vary.

Products purchased using coupon codes or during special offers (including items discounted between 50%–70%) are not eligible for returns. In such cases, only size exchanges may be permitted, subject to availability. Discounts are applicable only when the relevant coupon code is applied at checkout.
