Our Made-to-Order Model
KishoriJu operates as a made-to-order luxury fashion brand. Products are created after an order is placed and, where applicable, according to customer-specific measurements or specifications. Customers should carefully review product information, measurements and ordering instructions before completing a purchase.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other information are accurate. Colours may vary by screen/device; natural fabrics may have texture variations; hand embroidery may have individual variations; artisanal craftsmanship may result in minor differences.
Product Availability
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify collections or decline an order where reasonably necessary. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted except to correct an obvious pricing error. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges.
Orders
When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected product. An order confirmation confirms receipt. Acceptance may occur when we confirm the order for production or otherwise accept the transaction. We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, technical errors, inability to fulfil or obvious pricing errors. If payment was received for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Measurements
Customers are responsible for accurate measurements. KishoriJu will use the measurements provided. Incorrect or incomplete measurements may result in a garment requiring alteration. Where feasible, alterations may be offered for an additional charge. This does not affect remedies where KishoriJu made a manufacturing or measurement-processing error.
8. Order Cancellation
Contact us immediately if you wish to request cancellation or a change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible because resources/materials may already have been committed specifically to the order. Mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Shipping
KishoriJu offers complimentary worldwide shipping. Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
KishoriJu does not offer general returns for change of mind, preference, colour, style or fit, except where a different right is mandatory under applicable law. Defect-related or incorrect-product exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Unboxing Evidence
For claims involving damage, missing items or defects apparent upon delivery, KishoriJu may require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label and all sides and edges before opening.
This assists with investigating claims and does not purport to remove mandatory legal rights.
Intellectual Property
All KishoriJu website content, including brand name, logo, photography, videos, product designs, graphics, illustrations, text, product descriptions, artwork and website design, is owned by KishoriJu or used under appropriate rights and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
User Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content, you confirm you have the necessary rights. Use of submitted content will be subject to applicable law and required permissions.
Third-Party Services
The website may use payment processors, shipping providers, hosting providers, analytics services, marketing platforms and other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Website Availability
We aim to maintain a secure and functional website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

KishoriJu will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, widespread technical failures or other force majeure events.

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be published with an updated effective date. Changes will not affect accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection or other laws that apply to the customer and cannot legally be excluded. Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
