At KishoriJu, we ensure that every order is handled with exceptional care and delivered safely to your doorstep. We work with reliable and trusted logistics partners and use Shiprocket for domestic deliveries to ensure smooth serviceability across India. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you via email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. For international orders, a flat shipping charge of USD 20 is applicable.

As a luxury ethnic wear brand, each KishoriJu product is thoughtfully crafted, carefully finished, and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to this detailed process, orders are typically delivered within 10–12 working days from the date of purchase. Customized products require additional processing time; the final delivery timeline for such orders will be the customization duration plus shipping time. International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, courier partner, and customs clearance procedures.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt delivery again after coordinating with you. In case the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse, and our customer support team will contact you to assist further.

Currently, open delivery is not available. For cash-on-delivery orders, packages can be opened only after full payment has been made to the delivery executive. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with our return and refund policy.

Dispatch timelines may vary based on product type, customization requirements, and courier serviceability at your location. Each order is securely packed and sealed to protect it during transit, reflecting the premium quality of our brand.

Dispatch refers to the stage when your order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, while delivery refers to the date the order reaches your shipping address. Courier partners are selected automatically based on serviceability for your pin code, and customers cannot choose a preferred delivery partner at this time.

If you receive a package that appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept it and immediately report the issue by emailing support@kishoriju.com. You can check delivery availability for your location by entering your pin code on the product page. KishoriJu currently ships within India and internationally; however, international orders are subject to applicable shipping charges and delivery timelines based on destination regulations.
